I was able to get a technician to my house a day after I requested assistance with our kitchen island that lost power in 3 outlets.Chad showed up on - time and did a through job checking the electrical panel, and all outlets. I'm am pleased with his demeanor and professionalism. I will have him return to do some more work in the near future.

Our main breaker had gone out leaving us with no power. My neighbor who has some electrical background confirmed and told me that I would not be able to find the part needed at a regular hardware/home improvement store and would need to go to a specialty supply store. It was 6 pm on a Thursday night and nothing was open. I called Chad and sent him a photo of the needed breaker. Chad had one in stock and came to our house during his own family time, met the SRP worker who pulled the meter and Chad replaced the breaker and had power restored in about 10 minutes. If you need an electrician- This is the company, you should use!We called Chad on Labor Day because the main breaker to our house had failed, and we had no power. Keep in mind that the temperature outside was about 107 degrees.Chad gladly left his family right away on a holiday to come and help us. He explained that we needed to contact the power company and immediately took action to determine how to repair the issue, which was not an easy task considering it was specific breaker from 1970 that is not made any longer. Chad found a replacement part from a reputable source in Phoenix. Without hesitation he gladly drove to Phoenix. We live in East Mesa, so this meant a lot of driving and additional time away from his family.He fixed the problem while explaining everything to us in detail and making sure that everything was working properly before leaving.Additionally, the bill was VERY reasonable and much less than expected under the circumstances and it being a holiday.Needless to say, we are hiring this company to build us a new electrical, updated electrical panel.
